I'm such a big fan of ALT's solo performances (see Volumes 93 and 105) that I was initially disappointed to learn that he was touring with a full band. I brought a friend and told him that I had no idea what to expect. I even warned him that I couldn't guarantee that this would be a good show. I couldn't have been more wrong. The band kicks ass and performs the new "Silver Tears" songs with an energy only hinted at on the album. I've been listening to this recording almost non-stop the last four days. The same might happen to you if you give this a chance.
