This was my first Allah-Las show, and probably my last one, too. All in all a very disappointing affair.
It was a pretty boring show, all songs sounded somehow the same, lacking the delicacy of the four studio albums.
For sure, my taping spot was too close to the stage to get a decent recording, but it was apparent that the sound
of the band itself was not very good and as a result the FOH mix was not excellent either.
But nonetheless, most of the younger people around us seemed to thoroughly enjoy the show and were pretty enthusiastic.
And I am still looking forward to their new album, "Zuma 85", out in October...
