This is Allen Toussaint's complete set from the 5th annual benefit concert for NOAAHH (New Orleans Artists Against Hunger & Homelessness), the organization he co-founded with Aaron Neville in 1985. A terrific 3CD compilation of this event, "New Orleans Artists Against Hunger", has previously been seeded at STG. (Tapes provided by fonky1 & transferred lovingly by TeddyD) This offering is intended both as compliment and companion to that seed. NOAAHH presented music by The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, The Neville Brothers, Ry Cooder, and Dr. John, as well as 6 songs culled from Allen Toussaint's set.
