This is the first part of a series of rare recordings of Mick Taylor with the Alvin Lee Band in 1981. With thanks to nzb who provided rare shows (Salisbury, Chicago), to Jaap (Stonesmuziekfan) who sent me all of his tapes from this era and gave critic and advise regarding my work and to my friend Riccardo (MrNo) who participated to a big part of my collection.

For this show we had two versions coming from the same source: �Live In Torino� and �Turin 1981�. The tracklist in �Torino� was in wrong order and �Just Another Boogie� was missing: so I used �Turin 1981� here.

On the beginning of the 1st cd-r the two channels were not equilibrated, so I added more intensity on the left channel: 60% on the first track (with 7db), 50% on the 2nd (with 6db), 40 on the 3rd (with 4 db) and 20%on the other tracks (with 2db) of cd1. The 1st track of cd n�2 needed 10% and nothing for the other tracks. Then I added a little more treble (but without any saturation).
Comparing with the other shows, in particular Firenze and Kiel, the speed was a little too slow and needed an acceleration of +2,64%. It sounds really better now and is a very good show!
�Can�t Stop� is cut at 5�35 and the beginning of �Just Another Boogie� is missing (probably due to the tape change by the taper, because it�s at 45� of the show).
Some little �jump� in the beginning of �I�m Writing You A Letter� and a noise at the end, now deleted. I deleted also some little defaults in �Good Morning Little Schoolgirl� at 1�32, in �Goin� Through The Door� at 6�48 and in �Can�t Stop� at 0�42.
Last, I reworked the beginnings/ends of the cd-r with fade- in/out.
