I simply cannot believe these guys do over 100 shows a year
and yet it is still hard to find a roio out there.
Doesn't anyone besides me remember this band? C'mon people!
This is good stuff. Tape and share! - rant over.
=The same rant I posted with the DVD files ;)

After I posted the dvd files for this show, several folks
indicated they would prefer an AUDIO only version, so
here it is. The only caveat : Not the best sounding recording
in the world. Remember it comes from camera mics.

Beautiful late September evening. Took my 2 younger boys with
me and when they opened the gates, we walked right in.
No pat-downs, no security check. Folks bringing in lawn chairs,
blankets, Mom and Pop pulling baby in on a red wagon.
We picked a spot under a tree, threw the blanket down and then
the kids trotted off in search of some nachos, turkey wraps and
soda while I perched myself on the blanket and got comfy.
The "amphitheatre" (not much more than a wide gully)
started filling in and it was definitely an oldies kind of crowd
with a few youngsters scattered around here and there.
It almost had the feel of an old "hippy" rock concert.
Kids throwing a frisbee around, a beach ball bouncing in the air,
friendly neighbors sharing bug repellant to ward off the mosquitoes,
a small waft of "that" smoke once in a while but not overpowering.
You could tell folks came just to chill, have a good time and listen
to some good music. The music started at about 6:30 and went on
until about 11:00 pm. Even the supporting acts sounded good.
(KHITS All-Star Band, Heartsfield & John Waite)
I gotta tell you, the world might be a better place
if we all just took time out like a few of us did that night.
It was really kind of nice.
This show is for trade only. Selling it in any way will just
bring you bad karma. Trust me bad karma's a bitch.
Brought to you in part by : The "Hops Hopper" the beerman, KHITS 96,
frosty cold beverages and warm fuzzy memories.
I did not include any artwork in this torrent. If you are
artistically inclined and would like to create and post some here,
I'm sure others would appreciate it.
The show is right at 80 minutes. Might need an overburn on
a standard CD

My upload is capped so the first few takers might need to excercise
a little patience. After you get it, it would be great if you
could hang on and help seed as long as possible.
If anyone out there has seen my daughter lately, tell her I love her.
Enjoy the show and let me know what you think about it already.
