Description:

Interestingly, Peter Wolf and David Logeman (both ex Zappa Band) were apparently already making music together in June 1979. By chance I discovered these short show snippets within a torrent of the German jazz fusion band Passport on TheTradersDen. The first four tracks are by this band, who apparently played before and perhaps with Passport that night.

Well, the songs are all off the Michel Columbier album "Michel Columbier" from 1979 in the same order as on the album. Rather strange. The album has killer musicians so it could be that it just came out and 'they' (Wolf, Ravenscroft etc.)
thought it was cool enough to cover them. Odd.

Funny when the band is announced the name of the guitar player seems to be cut of. I thought he was saying 'd'accord' not 'guitar'. Anyways it seems the others are: Peter Wolf, Steve Anderson, David Logeman, Raphael Ravenscroft

Of interest on Steve Anderson's website he says he played with Michel Columbier. So that explains things a little more.
