Update notes:
*Many dropouts were found in the first 1:42:04 of Track 10's right-channel, and it seemed a better choice to select the good left-channel and paste it
to the offending corresponding section. The transition is practically undetectable now and proved to be worthwhile.

Tracks renumbered chronologically.
Bonus tracks added and inserted chronologically (Tracks 4, 5 & 9) with the following info. The others were unavailable:

Original Notes by Hank R.: This is an amazing early performance sourced from a mono
PA recording. Arlo introduces "Alice's Restaurant" as "Alice... Part 2,"
but it's essentially the version that we've all come to know and
love... Essential listening! Recommended!
