Total Time ::: 7:37

::: Very fine (#1) & EXC (#2) FM radio tapes. Check samples to hem & haw or for a touch of the grooves.
::: Warts: Repaired dullspots & dropouts but surely missed a few. Some distortion on #1.
::: This is all The ADR played for this programme date except 4 trax as Tim Rose's backup band.

Recording Information ::: 2 different tapers' off-air master reels -> 1st generation Maxell XLII-90 cassettes, Dolby B on.

Playback 2011-xx-xx ::: 1st generation Maxell XLII-90 cassettes on Nakamichi BX-300 cassette deck, Dolby B on, azimuth adjusted, heads cleaned & demagnatized -> Tascam CD-RW900SL professional CD recorder -> CD-RW, no track splits -> computer -> EAC secure mode (logs made) -> wav files.

Remastering ::: wav files -> Audacity [normalisation to remove DC offset, channel/phase alignment, fades, manual one-at-a-time glitch, bump, pop, click, dropout & dullspot repairs, volume adjustments, #1 +1.65% pitch (speed) fix with single pass per segment after frequency analysis & with pitchpipe verification & #2 was fine, NO equalisation] -> CD Wave (track splits) -> flacs (Trader's Little Helper) -> yr ears. First uploaded week of 2015-10-31.

Line-up ::: John Moorshead - electric guitar // Victor Brox - organ, vocals // Alex Dmochowski - electric bass // Aynsley Dunbar - drums.

Nothing here ever commercially released to my knowledge. If I'm wrong, please advise & I'll take the offending trax offline.

DimeTravel 223 ::: Thanks to the original tapers & traders! ::: Corrections welcome ::: Victor Brox - what a groovy voice. Wonderful group that must have had some VERY heavy nights. Would have loved to see a 3 set evening circa '68! Too bad so many of the AYD CD reissues are such crappy brickwalled messes. There must be some more tapes around than the Actuel Festival, Bouton Rouge & Marquee recordings. There are certainly a number of other BBC sessions that must circulate in some quarters. Can anyone help? For that matter, what about some live tapes of the Brunning Sunflower Blues band or more John Dummer... Listen, enjoy, show appreciation, share, give, spread peace. Yrs truly, Knees
