analogue transfer using Boss BR-900 portable recording studio > wav files burned onto disc using br-900> EAC test and copy (correct offsets used) > CD Wave (split tracks) > Flac frontend

additional info on analogue transfer/recording/Venue:

i was having trouble doing the transfer onto my computer so my friend did the transfer using his boss br-900. the first disc was then burned directly from the br-900 and transfered using a usb cable from the machine to his ibook. fade in inserted at the beginning of the disc one (opening few seconds was just music being played through speakers)and fade out inserted at the end of disc one using cubase. same process applied for the second minidisc but nothing has been changed (no fades etc). this is my first recording and i must say im pretty chuffed with it!. at the end of disc one there is a dropout for a couple of seconds as the stereo connector came out of the MD player when i was pulling it out in order to change MD's. during the change over of MD's i lost about 10 seconds of aynsley chatting in between songs but no music is lost. approx 250 people in the audience who were well behaved throughout so there is hardly any crowd noise during songs, only really in between songs. great atmosphere and a very enjoyable gig.
