My BB King archives bonus volume, Paris theatre Mogador 1980 april 8, aud SM master

Here's an audience recording made 30 years ago; i think some few maniacs can be happy to hear this old and rare show.

It's recorded from the balcony with a Sony TC 150 litle machine (internal mono mic probably used).
As the PA seemed to be disigned only for the floor, it sounds a bit distant, mainly for vocals; please listen to the samples.
Anyway, i think the 2 sets are interesting, several long tunes were played.
As long as i remember, i had to move during the encore because everybody around was standing up and may be the sound is less good.

01 1st set intro
02 I believe to my soul
03 Paying the cost to be the boss
04 When it all comes down
05 Let the good times roll
06 Night life
07 Band intro (including tape flip)
08 2d set intro - woke up this morning
09 Why i sing the blues
10 The thrill is gone
11 Instrumental - How blue can you get
12 Better not look down
13 Instrumental
14 Guess who (with BB monologue about Paris, Django, ...) ended by tape flip.
15 When the Saints go marchin' in - 2sd set outro
16 I just can't leave your love alone
17 All over again

Cassettes played on a Marrantz SD4051 cassette deck; zoom H4 for wav; PC; audacity for tracking; FLAC.
