Notes: Opening for Neil Young. I recorded this from a different spot than I did for the
Neil set. My seat was in the lower pavilion on the far right. I didn't expect it to be so
loud and bass heavy. There was a stack of sub cabinets on the floor about 20 feet in front
of me that definitely made the kick drum prominent in the mix. I should have moved, but from
the moment they walked onstage there was a steady stream of people making their way into
the pavilion. I figured as soon as I moved I'd be in someone else's seat who would then talk
to me and make me move, so I decided to stay put and take a chance on the sound and avoid the talk.
The end result is a little heavy on the bass but not overly distorted. I didn't apply any special EQ
to try to clean it up, so you may want to adjust for that on playback. Since I don't know their
material, thanks go to whoever posted the setlist on setlist.fm. Enjoy!
