The Beatles Covers Project, Vol. 1 - Various Artists

About eight months ago, I launched a series of Dylan cover CDs called "Nobody Sings Dylan Like Dylan" on Dime. I didn't know how long the series would last, but thus far it has run to 24 CDs. I thought I'd try something similar with the Beatles, and here is Volume 1. I'll keep it going as long as there is sufficient interest, and as long as I have worthy material. That's where you come in: If you have anything you think warrants inclusion, PM me and I'll try to get it in one of the future volumes. Beatle solo stuff is fair game here too.

This one runs heavily to my personal taste, and it goes out to my friend Bob and all his co-workers. Due to the many different sources, I am not including lineages, but I do want to send out a special thanks to all the tapers, the original uploaders, and the folks who've sent me files. I'm no graphic designer, but several other people created some great cover art for my Dylan series, and I hope one or more of you will do the same for this one. I have done nothing to the original files but normalize the levels and fade in and out on each track (using Cool Edit). Please start the suggestions and files coming--if you've got something good, PM me.
