Bridge School Benefit @ Shoreline

As Beck hasn't really been playing shows the last few years, this was pretty exciting for me and the first time I'd seen him since Outside Lands in '08. He was in a pretty good mood, which was nice to see. That wasn't really the case the last few shows.

For the show - just a little explanation of a couple things. He mentions his kids at one point, because they kept wandering out on the stage while he was playing. Once, he bent over and talked to one of them, I guess trying to explain he's working and they can't be there. It didn't go that well, but it was cute.

"Pocahontas" was played, it seems, without any plan for Neil to join him. Near the end of the song, Neil walked out and used Justin's mic to sing with Beck. Beck looked thrilled, said it was a "nice surprise," and said he should've saved it for the end of the set.
