3rd date on the "Spirits Having Flown Tour"

Contrast Clause: The torrent is different than the Unaltered Master torrent posted here: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=202249
and the Stereo Remaster torrent posted here: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=202251

Version three is a two channel dual mono transfer, I noticed when working on the stereo master that the left channel contained quite a bit of low end distortion not present in the right channel. So I decided I'd take only the right channel signal and create a two channel dual mono version getting rid of much of the low end distortion. This file was then equalized with a slight boost between
315hz-12khz. I was pleased enough with the results that I decided to share it as well, this version may be my favorite.

In my opinion this is the clearest of the three as you can understand the between song banter. It has a bit less depth than the stereo remaster but the left channel low end distortion is for the most part not a factor any longer.

Finally, the original taper has not been able to lay his hands on part two of this show which contains the band introductions and the last song. He did include a 1st generation dub when he did a remaster job using a stand alone eq component many many years (decades) ago. This is the source for the last song and it has remained unaltered as I didn't want to try to remaster a previously remastered version.

Now I feel this is definitely overkill but since I had them all done I figured I'd include them all then there would be no complaints (ok there will still probably be a few complaints over something).

This is being brought to you through a group effort, thanks go out to the original taper who has hung on to the tape for almost 30 years and my close friend that acquired the master.

Samples of each version attached below...

No selling...Trade Only please (there's a few more things lurking around his house he's tracking down I'd like to share as well at some point).

Finally, please make sure this is clearly labeled as the Two Channel Dual Mono version, I would never remaster and post someone else's torrent but the taper asked if I would do what I could to clean up his master and each seems to have it's advantages and disadvantages so here is the last one.

Whichever one you ultimately decide to keep, the most important thing is to ENJOY this rare treat!
