::: EXC (lovely!) quality, a crisp SBD. Check samples for preliminary ear massage.
::: Warts: None, really, except for missing songs & "Omie Wise" fades in. Top of the line frosted cake.
::: Taped with permission of the artists.
::: Set with both artists is missing 3 songs due to my stupidity (or the soundman's).
::: As is often true with Bert & John, at times tuning wanders into song indistinctly & traxsplits are difficult.
::: Title corrections welcome. Believe #20 ("untitled instrumental") did get a name, but memory fails.

Recording Information ::: mono soundboard -> Nakamichi BX-300 (probably) -> Maxell MX-S 100 cassettes, Dolby B on.

Playback 2014-05-27 ::: Maxell MX-S 100 cassettes on Nakamichi 680ZX cassette deck, Dolby B on, azimuth adjusted for individual tapes, heads cleaned & demagnetized -> Sony Linear PCM Recorder PCM-M10 (LPCM 44.10kHz/16bit WAV files) -> computer -> Audacity [channel/phase alignment, fades, manual one-at-a-time bump & pop repairs, volume adjustments, NO equalisation] -> CD Wave (track splits) -> flacs (Trader's Little Helper) -> yr ears. First uploaded week of 2015-05-23.

Line-up ::: John Renbourn - acoustic guitar, vocals // Bert Jansch - acoustic guitar, vocals.

Nothing here ever commercially released to my knowledge. If I'm wrong, please advise & I'll take the offending trax offline.

DimeTravel 127 ::: Thanks to the original taper "me, myself & I". ::: Corrections welcome ::: Two fine gents & extraordinary guitarists. The world is a much more interesting place thanks to their input (and output!). With great respect. Listen, enjoy, show appreciation, share, give, spread peace. Yers truly, Knees
