The interesting thing is the first recording I've heard of Sandy Rothman with Monroe. Sandy is kind of a legend in the west,
he is the guy that had all the old tapes of these Bluegrass shows. Sandy and Jerry Garcia traveled east looking to "follow
the high lonesome sound". We always heard that Sandy had worked with Bill on guitar & banjo, and here is proof.
