I can remember seeing/exploring this fabulous artist once in my lifetime, back in the late 80's at Osnabr�ck's (in)famous Hyde Park venue. Smoking was still allowed back then and
so the "round" (It was a circled room) was filled with sweet smells. As far as I can recall, there were Billy, two (!) bassplayers, a keybord guy and an extra percussion guy.
And...dare I tell you...this was far out. Not only that me and my crew were stoned to the bone (no police cared about that those gone days), but a magical inspiration occured.
One of those shows, y'know, where it "clicked" when mind, body, soul and music melted. SB
