Taper Notes: This is a beautiful theatre located on the Humboldt State University campus. The theatre is rather small and was not full. In fact I had empty seats on both sides of me in the front row. I clipped my mics onto my bag and sat it dead center on the stage. I knew something was up when they brought out a chair before the show and placed in Luther's spot. Rich made a comment about starting out a little quiet. Once you heard Chris talk you could tell that he was sick. A little adversity caused the band to put on a first rate show with many more extended jams and more vocals by Rich than usual. The recording came out excellent in my biased opinion. There was one knucklehead and kept yelling at Chris that he loved him, before throwing a large bud on stage. About half way through the show the standard issue drunk dude came to the front and began yelling for people to stand. You can hear him during Steve's solo during Thorn. Before the encore a large woman decided to climb on stage and take the lyrics from Rich's monitor. After the show another woman decided to climb on stage and tear off several setlists.
