Notes:
Glad I finally got to see TBK although bummed it was at an arena. Oh well, they deserve the
fame they're receiving. This was one of the best sounding concerts I've ever been to. Every
instrument was crystal clear, nothing drowning anything else out. From recording halfway off
to the side in the upper bowl, this recording reflects their excellent mix. The performance itself
was pretty good, but Patrick Carney's altered drum parts changed the songs a little too much
for my likeing (i.e. "Money Maker"). I also thought "Gold on the Ceiling" was way too fast, but
other than those gripes, it was a great show. I'm considering catching the Grand Rapids show
in a few weeks now. I also taped Arctic Monkeys and that will be up soon. Please do not
distribute in lossy formats such as .mp3 or .wma--preserve the highest quality and do not sell.
