I was getting ready to go see the band the next night in Times Square at Bond's International Casino. I stayed home and taped this show off the radio. The Bond's show has had some official tracks released, and the full show has been released under lots of different bootleg incarnations. I know of no official released material from this broadcast.

This show was at a small club on Long Island broadcast live over the air on WLIR-FM. Eric Bloom had just started doing a weekly guest DJ spot on WLIR every Wednesday night with Ben Manilla. EB's guest spot later became known as the Bozo Patrol. Lots of tracks were played from Fire Of Unknown Origin, as the band was gearing up for a full tour with a few Soft White Underbelly warm up shows.
