Notes:
- It sounds like there's some sort of effect on John's vocal mic that
was left on the whole time, as it sounds like his voice is faintly
doubled into a higher register in the background.
- As the tapes came to me, there were tape flips after d1t07 and d2t04;
they were during crowd noise that I was able to smooth out. However,
it seems the master had a tape flip at 8:17 of d1t09 and another
after d2t06. This would indicate possible mastering (or copying down)
to a 100-minute tape, as each of these is at 50 minute intervals, with
a little under 10 minutes of time left over.
