Notes:
- This recording circulates as "SBD>DAT>CD" but this is very obviously
an audience recording (due to crowd noise and wind noise), and likely a
cassette recording at that since there is a tape flip at 45 minutes and
another during the encore (roughly 90 minutes into the show, as total
run time is 96 minutes). In addition, the tape is stopped between
d1t07/d1t08 and d1t09/d1t10, so either it's a cassette master, or it was
a DAT patched out of a cassette which lost signal during tape flips and
stoppages.
