This is a first-gen copy I received as "Long Beach" from the taper in the early 1970s. He was a student at a college in Santa Barbara.

Dylan played Long Beach on December 5. On the recording, Dylan asks the taper about Santa Barbara, so after the tape first circulated as Long Beach, some dope decided that the recording was actually made in Santa Barbara, believing that Dylan went 115 miles north for a college interview and then had to ask what city he was in. Also, this was later claimed to be a broadcast but that's probably more fake info.
