There's been enough interest in the fragmentary line recordings I've been posting lately that I thought I'd put this one up. It's incomplete (here) for a different reason, because so much of it (roughly half) has been officially released. Here's the "missing" half.

These tracks do not come from the common commercial bootleg of the concert (Hollow Horn), which was tampered with a bit and doesn't include, inter alia, the opening (crowd only) segment. I don't think anything of great value was omitted, but I don't know of a detailed comparison. This recording is reliably reported to be an unaltered copy of the original, professional reels.

This recording came onto general circulation shortly after the release of the commercial boot. It's never been up on DIME before (aside from a version including the official tracks, banned within minutes in 2009), probably due to the major surgery required to make it comply with DIME's TOS regarding official content. I've preserved the original track names, in case anyone else has the original flacs hanging around and wants to help seed.

bobdylan.com lists this concert as the live debut of "Hattie Carroll," but I believe it's more likely that Dylan played it at His "dress rehearsal" concert in Philadelphia the night before.

IMPORTANT! If commenting on this torrent, please keep in mind that discussion of how/where to obtain material which cannot be uploaded to DIME because it conflicts with official releases violates DIME rules, except for suggestions about buying legitimate editions.
