This was a request by a completist. Gotta have every little tidbit of Dylan, I guess. I searched for this Dylan appearance because I have a memory of being a Red Cross volunteer at this show. It was in my hometown's hockey arena, and I spent several hours walking around the concourse with another volunteer picking up audience members who had passed out on the floor. And then we escorted them or carried them to the locker rooms a floor below, where they slept off their drunk on cots while we monitored them. Didn't need anybody with an actual medical background in the 70's, apparently. So I don't remember much about the show except hearing Dylan's music bouncing off of every concrete surface before it blasted through open doorways into the concourse.

LB-03732 is, per losslessbob, "a better sounding version of the recording that circulates, but unfortunately, it's less complete. In addition to missing most of the first song ('She's Love Crazy'), it's also missing 'I Shall Be Released,' the last part of 'Masters of War,' 'Just Like A Woman,' 'Simple Twist Of Fate' and 'All Along The Watchtower.'" Plus, I've never run into it. Maybe someone will upload it for us. losslessbob rates this capture [LB-03285] as a C. Thus, for completists.
