I think there is one source. LB-3773 showed up here in May '06. It, LB-2786, and LB-7419 originate from the same tape.

LB-7419, xref-00707 was posted by raincoat in Feb. '11, but it's described by jokerman.org as more muffled and hissier than LB-7419. But, other than that, no other versions have been posted.
