There are three LB numbers assigned to this Dylan date.

When I searched the jokerman.org database I didn't find this show among them. All of them were in FLAC while this was in SHN. This show had detailed source and lineage, and the three LB numbers really didn't. So I compared the tracking and the timings on the shntool table, and I decided that this show was closest to LB-4985. What this show has that LB-4985 does not is a more detailed lineage. I have enclosed a comparison of the shntool tables for this upload and LB-4985, and there is only a 4 b difference between the two sets of WAVs (shntool_len_comparison.txt).

My speculation is that jokerman.org's LB-4985 citation is sourced on the SHN > FLAC conversion that circulated later. We obtained this show in Oct. '04. The SHN version was probably first but evidently didn't circulate much. A further speculation was that someone fixed the SBE on CD 1, t 08, and then re-encoded the show to FLAC, which became LB-4985. And that was the version jokerman.org encountered.

My CD 1, t 08 had the SBE, so I fixed it and re-encoded it back to SHN.

That is my theory, at least. Unfortunately, I don't have a straight up LB-4985 to compare this one with, so it's just a theory. At worst, this show with its specific lineage hasn't entered the database at all and this is a brand new potential 4th LB number.
