LB-5034, (50min+46min), fixed "This World can't Stand Long"; source:, Dyl-Dough Cdr Escape, DYL 104/105; This is the same source as LB-4101; in fact it's just the same set of files I downloaded back in 10/2006 except that I carefully cleaned the flawed tracks by patching small gaps and repaired them to make a seamless and more listenable recording providing a nicer listening experience. No sound was ever harmed, but for the mentioned work on the several existing drops for the previous set of files., comment #1369034 by dylanmusic at dimeadozen 2006-10-08 19:35:26 GMT, (on "This World can't Stand Long" upload by Dylanmusic himself), I got this back in 2000 from Simon M. Campden Main. It was taken from the master tape. Simon writes:, Bakersfield Centennial Garden, Bakersfield, CA 03/12/00, The Songs, I Am The Man, Thomas; Mr. Tambourine Man; It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding); Love Minue Zero/No Limit; Tangled Up In Blue; This World Can't Stand Long; Dignity; Country Pie; Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again; Just Like A Woman; Things Have Changed; Not Dark Yet; Highway 61 Revisited; Love Sick; Rainy Day Women #12 & 35; Blowin' In The Wind; Not Fade Away, A splendid stereo audience recording with which I can find no fault. Clean, complete, crisp, and problem free. Thanks, Bernie! Dubbed 06/09/00. 100 min., Simon did the work taking it from the tape to cdr., That's all the lineage that I have. Simon stated it was taken from a "tape" and with the differences between this and the other torrent that was sourced from a mini disc recording, I concluded that it seems to be a different source. Also on the other torrent, track one "I Am The Man, Thomas" is cut at 1:44, on this tape it runs complete., A splendid stereo audience recording with which I can find no fault. Clean, complete, crisp, and problem free. Thanks, Bernie! Dubbed 06/09/00. 100 min., comment #1373980 by rumrunners at dimeadozen 2006-10-11 06:19:59 GMT, (on "This World can't Stand Long" upload by Dylanmusic), this is same recording torrented last month but it does not have the mini disc or mp3 compression and the gaps between the tracks, this is full spectrum with a little higher levels, this has the complete I am the man Thomas, this has at least 15 small drops in it with d2t07 being the worst as if it went through a bad cdr rip, Flaws described by Rumrunners were also on d1t03 and 09, as they were on d2t03, 05, 06 and 08, but just in a smaller amount. I repaired the small gaps and also divided d2track03 which was two songs (Love Sick & H61) in two different tracks., Tracklist was left like that:, so actual lineage for this one is:, splendid stereo audience recording transfered by Simon M. > cdr > EAC > WAV > FLAC > wav (flac frontend 1.1.2) > flawless version waves (adobe audition 1.0) > flac (flac frontend 1.1.2 - align on sb option - level 8 - verify on), Thanks to Dylanmusic for the original upload, to Simon M. for his work and to the fine taper, and many thanks also to rumrunner who took the time to check the previous 10/2006 torrent and make his report on it, Enjoy!; bittorrent download 06/07; (did not listen to all of this)
previously noted faws fixed but still heard a small pop at d2t7 0:49 but it was greatly improved over before
