Since there was nothing special like a Charlie Sexton sighting, I might wait for someone else to share this show, but I have been asked to share my masters, so warts and all, here it is. Not as good a recording or performance as the Round Rock show, but still far from bad on both accounts. The performance plays stronger on tape than it felt from my seat. Dylan seemed to flub quite a few lines tonight. I had to look at the calendar on my phone to see if it was 2009 or 1991. There are a few talkers on the tape. The wind seems to mess with the sound a bit near the end. Also, I’d love to hear Denny a bit up in the mix. Whatever you think of his playing, the lead guitarist needs to be higher in the mix. Tracks done on the fly so they are not perfect. Enjoy.
