Bonnie, as always, was very personable and seemed genuinely pleased to be back on Maui.
Although, she did mistakenly refer to us as the Garden Isle (that's Kauai - Maui is
referred to as the Valley Isle). But no matter, we are just happy to have her play here!

One highlight of the show for me was this version of "Women Be Wise" with the horn
guys from the California Honeydrops (boy, those guys are good). It sounded almost
like Freebo was back :-)

I should mention that from our location, the house mix was VERY HEAVY on the drums
and bass. Bonnie refers to it a few times including later in the show when she
says the MACC stage feels like a big subwoofer. As a result, I had to EQ the low
end a bit so her voice could come through more clearly.

So with that - take this if you need it - if you don't just pass it on.
