Again this year recorded from KBOO FM 90.7 here in Portland. A volunteer radio station that has broadcast the festival each and every year. It has become a huge festival & we stopped going due to the big crowds. I now record all that I can & enjoy sharing with you all. As with any all volunteer station there are a few blurps along the way, which I have "fixed" as well as I can. Enjoy, twofthrs

Drummer/Singer/Songwriter/Producer Boyd Small performs internationally encompassing all of western Europe and the U.S. from his home base Amsterdam, The Netherlands performing with his own band plus performing and producing American and European bands such as Monti Amundson, Memo Gonzales, Drippin� Honey, Frank Goldwasser, The Blues Factory, Gene Taylor and other international artists. Boyd has had a huge impact on the Dutch Blues scene as co-founder of Holland-based record label, Cool Buzz. This year he�s bringing with him yet another all star cast: Bostonian guitarist /singer / songwriter Lydia Warren; Portland-native guitarist / harp-player Josh Fulero; his favorite Dutch guitarist, Roelof Meijering; and on bass the one and only Allen Hunter.

Lydia Warren tours internationally from Brooklyn to Beirut, whipping audiences into a frenzy at each stop. A versatile singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer, the Boston-based performer tours and records as a solo act and with her alt-blues power trio.

Lydia honed her skills opening for and appearing alongside B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Johnny and Edgar Winter, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Rick Derringer, Buckwheat Zydeco, Ruthie Foster, Ronnie Earl, Shemekia Copeland, Keb Mo, John N�meth, CTA (featuring members of Chicago), Little Feat and Shannon Curfman. She has graced the stage at The Boston Blues Festival, North Atlantic Blues Festival, Westford Roots and Rhythm Festival, Montreal�s FestiBlues, The Jonesboro (Arkansas) Bluesfest, the Onset Blues Festival and more. The Lydia Warren Band has been nominated for a Boston Music Award and appeared on NBC�s Today Show. In 2010, Lydia won the Granite State Blues Society�s �Best Solo/Duo Act� category.

Josh Fulero has toured extensively with Curtis Salgado, John Nemeth and other US touring acts and has toured with Boyd Small along with Lydia across western Europe in The Boyd Small Band and has played on two of Boyd�s records, �Diamond Boy� and soon to be released �More Love and Trouble�. Currently living in Austin, Texas he is now ensconced in the Texas Blues scene.

Roelof Meijering is Boyd�s regular guitarist in the Boyd Small Band in Europe and is a staple of the Dutch Blues scene.

Allen Hunter is THE bass player of Portland and is currently touring worldwide with the internationally famous band EELS.
