Tapers Notes:
Brian Auger is 71 and still kicking ass. I got a chance to speak with him last
March (he lives about a mile from this club) and had a great story about him,
Graham Gouldman, and Eric Clapton, the four iconic chords to the Yardbirds
"For Your Love" and 10cc's "The Things You Do for Love. Yes, there is a
common thread. If you're interested, check out the story at my prior upload

This current show is not quite as good as the above pull from the Baked Potato,
(this is a larger room, subject to some boomy bass) but this is still is pretty
darn good. Schoeps are such a perfect mike for small stealth pulls, the sound
still amazes me. I've sold my other mikes.
Brian Auger played a full 90 minutes. I never can remember the track names, but
should, so any help would be appreciated. I moved around a bit during the first
part of the show to get the best sound, so there may be some very minor volume
adjustments. I hate crowd noise, and the crowd was polite enough to let the musicans
finish the song before applause, so the crowd noise was faded out at the end of the track
and truncated. If that bothers you, then move on and don't download the show. I'll
upload a sample just so you know what I am talking about. If more than 70 people download
this and someone provides some set list help, I'll do
a cover for y'all.
