Man, I'm sure glad Brian is back on the road again. I had tix to his 2019 BSO Christmas Rocks! tour that was canceled due to his tinnitus. I was hoping that wouldn't force him to retire from touring and was excited when this run of shows was announced. At one point during the show he asked the crowd if he should bring back the Christmas tour (yeah!) so maybe he'll be back again later this year. Tonight was the kick-off of the Rockabilly Riot! 2024 winter tour. There were a couple first show rough spots. A guitar or monitor problem at the beginning of the first song resulted in a false start and required some twiddling of various knobs & switches on Brian's amp while the drummer & bassist were trying to keep the song rolling. Eventually it was Stop/Reset/Restart... and then the rockabilly rocked!! What a fun show!!!

Opener Yates McKendree was also quite enjoyable. I regret not recording his set.
