I think it's likely that the radio announcer at the Outro track has the date wrong. There is no November 11, 1991, date in the cockburnproject.net site (and that site is pretty authoritative). On November 11, Cockburn was traveling between Cincinnati and Cleveland. The venue and setlist matches this date:
