LDB Special Series #460 (RLR Collection)

Out of my 17,000+ shows and radio broadcasts, I have many concerts that were special for some reasons: the setlist, the
musicians, the venue or unexpected events. These are the ones I'd like to propose you. Most of these come from my
cassettes collection, so they will be released at a slower pace than my Master Series! But you won't be disappointed!
I will try to gather the most unusual things I have in my collection and, as always, your feedback and comments will be my
reward for all the work involved in this project.

DO NOT share this music on mp3, just convert it for your own use. Sharing mp3's is the right way to make me stop sharing
music here.

This is the oldest set of Springsteen tapes in RLR collection which comes from the very first tour, while the band was
playing tracks from the yet-to-be-released "The Wild, The Innocent & the E Street Shuffle" album. I hope the date is
accurate as I havent seen any evidence of such recording anywhere, so I had to reconstruct the setlist myself.

The sound is quite poor but hopefully this is interesting as being an early document of Springsteen touring. If you are
not an avid fan, I would suggest you download one track first, listen and then judge yourself.

But I like these early performances as they were a mix of rock, blues, jazz, country, far away from the BITU stadium shows.
The taper has cut applauses by pausing the recording and possibly some spoken introductions, but nearly all the music is
there.

Olivers still existing, although with a different name a slightly different location. Jimi Hendrix also played there during
the late 60s. It must have been a blast for the audience to see live an artist like Springsteen, playing in a sort of restaurant
pub!

Enjoy, this will be my last contribution for the year
