This was an invite-only charity concert put on by Beedie Construction. They managed to raise $2million for the food bank.

Normally there is a hard curfew at 22:00 for this venue situated in Stanley Park. Bryan Adams didn't even start until about 22:30 and as you can see played until nearly midnight.
