The taper responsible for this show is deceased and the master's location remains unknown and possibly destroyed.
this tape was presented as being either a 1st gen of the master or possibly a 1st gen of a safety tape. the ears
told a slightly different story which is why this is being labeled as unknown generation. nothing fancy was used to record
this show. It was just a standard recorder of the day using the internal mics. The quality is what you'd expect using basic
period equipment. the source recalls the taper laying the recorder right on the table with a napkin over it, so that way people
in the lounge wouldnt go up to it and yell stupid shit. there are a couple of starts and stops. no idea what, if anything, is missing.
most of the tape is nice and clear till buddy shows up. his guitar seemed
to overwelm the mics. 5/10

this tape comes from a friend of the taper and he is thrilled to share his copy.
there were also some original notes listing the songs and the musicians.
the taper would have loved to know that others are enjoying his tapes as he never saw his tapes being listened
to by anyone except him and a couple of friends. had he known how easy it was to do then it may
have given him some incentive to still be with us and share the memories himself.
