For anyone not familiar with the late night dance tent sets at Blue Heron, tradition has it that both Friday and Saturday nights a band goes on during or after the last main stage set, starting bewteen midnight and 1am, and usually plays until the glow of sun appears on the horizon. This was Friday night (7-7-06 but into the wee hours or 7-8-06).Start time was after 12:30, end time after 4:30 am. Total length (not including sound check, approx 190 minutes). Over the years these late night sets are usually zydeco or cajun oriented and have been played by the Donna the Buffalo band members (aka Buffalo Zydeco), Keith Frank, Steve Riley, Balfa Toujours, Creole Cowboys, etc.

Tara Nevins - accordion
Tom Gilbert - drums
Jeb Puryear - guitar, vocals
Bill Reynolds - bass, vocals (on part time lover)
Kathy Ziegler - keyboard (at times)
Joe Thrift - Keyborard (at times)
Trevor McDonald - guitar
JT on scrubboard (Joe Thrift sometimes too?)

Wonderful stuff, the band kicks ass.

Jason you also Kick Ass, thanks for the show Gary
