Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra are a much neglected but exceptional group of musicians, generally based in Glasgow's excellent CCA.
This is the fourth year of their festival, always worth dropping into for an excessively cheap night of entertainment.

Closing the first night, and running rather late, the quartet of Burt/Carvalhais/MacDonald & Wells were well worth staying for. Nicely melodic but not too much so. Highlight for me - the blink and you miss it final track - 27 seconds including pause, applause and fade out.
