Here's a very fine recording from the Kings of Boogie, as they'd nicknamed already some
40+ years ago. It is critically acclaimed that this incarnation of the band was one of
their strongest. Lots of classic Heat tunes mixed up with recent tracks from their "Boogie 2000"
and the then new "Friends in the can" albums. And for me personally a real good closer with
one of my fave old r+r tunes, Reeeelin' and-a-roooockin! The band is touring some festivals
here in Europe this summer, and some additional dates in Germany in early September, like
Oldenburg on the 02.09.11, with Larry "The Mole" Taylor and Harvey "The Snake" Mandel on board.
