This was Carl's first solo tour and his opportunity to play music that was very different than what he ever

did with The Beach Boys. It's all solo material except for 'Long Promised Road'.

There are 2 songs performed with lead vocalist Myrna Smith.

Myrna does a cover of Pat Benatar's 'Treat Me Right', along with 'I'm Not Dreaming' from an unknown origin.

There is 1 song missing after track 13 from this broadcast, titled 'What You Do".

That track can be found on a less complete liberated cd, released by Wild Streets Records.

The DJ commentary during the last track is 4 minutes long and is interesting to hear.

The tape flip is at the very beginning of track 12 @ 0:05. a tiny cut.

I've added a scan of some newspaper clippings that came with the cassette.

Carl Wilson - vocals, guitar (passed away Feb 6, 1998 at age 51)
Gerald Johnson - bass
John Daly - lead guitar
Alan Krigger - drums (known for being a heavy metal drummer and still touring)
Myrna Smith - background vocals (romantically involved with Elvis Presley, though not currently ;-)
Billy Hinsche - keyboard & guitar

Thanks to BR for the tape.
