Show Notes: Charley's first Australian tour and first Melbourne show, a sold out show of 1,500 people in the lovingly restored Northcote Theatre (built 1912, served as a cinema until 1960 then was a dance studio and functions centre, before opening for live music in mid 2022). It may have been a Sunday night but the Melbourne crowd was ready to party. With a very tight band of amazing musicians, Charley and The Blue Drifters gave Melbourne a master class in country and blues music. A fantastic night of music.

Recording Notes: A really fine recording. I stood at the back of the venue on the floor and wasn't expecting much from the recording, but it sounds really nice, a very nice room to listen to a show in. Given my proximity to the bar there's a bit of background chatter every now and then and there was a few talkers further in front of me that can be heard occasionally, but it's not too distracting for the most part. A few pictures I took also included. Enjoy!
