Notes:
It's rare for an entire concert over two hours long to be broadcasted in its entirety in the USofA, so perhaps this was a benefit concert/broadcast of some sort. At any rate, it's a wonderful show featuring a mixture of original Haden and Broadbent compositions along with a good dose of Charlie Parker. This is such a wonderful group and they are among the best at their height.

I have no doubt this came straight from FM to DAT as there were no analog tape flip gaps, but perhaps the taper wasn't getting crystal clear reception. There's some FM hum and hiss during quieter sections, reduced with careful noise reduction, but it's never intrusive and takes nothing away from this fine, fine recording.
