Notes:
Acquired master tape from the JEMS archives. This one captures Cheap Trick's very 1st time playing live in the Detroit area. This band had a reputation of being a no-bullshit high energy live act and this is one of those shows where they built that reputation. They may have been an opener here but they are playing like they own the place and it is their crowd out there even though at this point they were pretty much unknowns to the majority of the listening public. Also on the bill was a more established but still up and coming band by the name of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.
