notes: Years ago an incomplete version of this set was posted by Scarletdog (Sony ECM909 and WM-D6 Pro Master). Scarletdog had arrived late and only got the end of the show. This version had an incomplete Surrender due to tape running out, so, with permission, I tacked 1m4s of the Scarletdog version to the end of Surrender- resulting in a complete set.
