We had a rainy and stormy night in Cincinnati. Thankfully, this show was
outside, but under a covered pavilion. Had it not been, it might not have
happened. It was funny walking in hearing thunder and taking our seats.
CT went on first at 730 and JJ went on second at 920pm. Both got roughly
80-85 minutes. Tom Petersson is sitting out this tour and has been
temporarily replaced by Robin's son, Robin Taylor Zander on bass. He did
a fantastic job and even sang lead on "Downed". Recording wise, everything
went nearly perfect. I had no one to my left or right and the fans behind
me kept quiet for the most part. The attendance was somewhat sparse, so
that helped, as well. The venue could not have been more than half sold.
The sound could have been better, tho! CT's set sounded a bit muddy while
JJ's was much clearer. I was practically hugging the left stack a mere 13
rows away. Could not have had a better taping location.

I want to make sure I send out a huge thanks to Brian for the tickets.

Co-headline with Joan Jett & The Blackhearts. [recorded]
