Chesterfield Kings
Mudd Club, NY, USA
February - 10 - 1982

Audience tape of unknown generation received in a trade back in the 80's

Rec. Info:
Cassette of unknown generation -> transfer via Onkyo tapedeck TA-2330 -> Magix Music Cleaning Lab (remaster/edit) -> FLAC (44,1 kHz, 16 Bit, Stereo) -> DIME
Very listenable tape with the exception of some high-frequent acoustic noise (Dolby?) especially after I made some EQ. I still would rate the overall sound now as Vg-.
This show was already on dime in 2005 (link http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=72143&hit=1) but then it was only 15 songs. My tape has one song more.

The Chesterfield Kings were heavily influenced by mid 60's garage band sound (and looks) and at that time their repertoire consisted only of coversongs from this era
and so was their first album "Here are the Chesterfield Kings from 1982.

Tape length (Full Show?) 46:24 min.

01 Hey Little Bird
02 - Night of the Phantom
03 - Love Pill
04 - No More Love
05 - No No No No
06 - ?
07 - Stop it
08 - I'm Giving You A Warning
09 - Worth A Dime
10 - ?
11 - 99th Floor
12 - ?
13 - Try And Stop Me
14 - All The Same
15 - Fight Fire
16 - I'm Going Home

Attached is also a jpg of a poster of this gig with the Fuzztones as headliner and as 2nd band the Chesterfield Kings.
I have never seen a tape of the Fuzztones from this gig so it would be interesting to know if it exists.
