Chris Spedding Live at the Golden Crown - Early and Late Shows, Seattle, Washington 1982-04-xx master AUD (Bill B. tape)mp3 samples included - RARE material!

Fresh from the Bill Wyman school of the "Monkey Grip" style of vocalizing, Mr. Spedding sounds exhausted. By the second set he manages to get revved up enough to actually sing a bit. The playing is as always, superb.

Many of these songs were heard for the first time by the crowd that night, and several did not make it onto commercial release for almost 15 years, until the "Cafe Society" album. It was very difficult to name everything properly. I'm still having problems identifying one of the tracks, and it's always possible that this setlist is partially in error. Please supply any corrections if you have them!

The upside of all of this is of course that you are hearing rare material.
