Here's something short and sweet that many of you might not have.

The tape was labeled with just the year 1999. I tried researching this recording and come up empty.

Luckily they announced the venue. I know Clarence played Tramps on June 4th, so this show could be around the same time.

In 1999, Brown was inducted into the Blues Foundation Blues Hall of Fame.

His final album 'Timeless' was released on the Hightone label in 2004.

In the summer of 2004 Brown was diagnosed with lung cancer. On September 10, 2005 Clarence passed away at the aged 81.

Even though this is only 15 minutes, it showcases what an important, well rounded musican he was.

I had a chance to see him about 13 years ago and regret not going.

There is radio interference at the very beginning of track 1, that is not digi noise.

I wish this was longer. 3 songs just ain't enough.

These members were his road band. I'm assuming this is who we have on stage here.

drummer David Peters
bassist Harold Floyd
keyboardist Joe Krown
alto saxophonist Eric Demmer
