The clash Take the Fifth USA 1979

This seed is to celebrate the return of the site and has 2 cracking Clash shows
from my favourtite era. What we have is the first and one of the last shows from
their second trip to the USA in 1979, the take the fifth tour. The first show is
from the Monterey Tribal Stomp festival 8th september 1979, it's a good audience
recording and they are in firey mood starting with I'm so bored with the USA. It
also includes Joe Ely guesting on his own track fingernails. The other gig is
from the Kezar Pavillion SF 13th October 1979. Another good audience tape with
the addition of Be Bop-a-lula as the last track. This must been one hell of a
gig as the support was the Dead Kennedys and the Cramps. For more info on these
gig look on the Blabk Market Clash site

Also if you search the Corbis images site there are some good photos of the Kezar
pavillion gig, including some of Strummer with Jello Biafra.
